Refund Policy

  1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide the highest level of professional service to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Please carefully review the following guidelines:
    • Service Completion: Refunds are generally not issued after the completion of services, as the firm has already provided professional expertise and dedicated time to your account.
    • Service Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 30 days of service completion so we can address your concerns or offer a corrective solution.
  2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Errors or Omission: If an error or omission in the accounting work results in a financial loss or significant discrepancy, the firm will investigate the matter and, if applicable, correct the issue or offer a partial refund.
    • Non-Completion of Service: If the firm fails to complete the agreed-upon services, a refund may be issued based on the proportion of the incomplete work.
    • Duplicate Payments: If a client has been charged more than once for the same service, a refund will be issued for the duplicate payment.
  3. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
    • Submit a written request to [email protected] outlining the nature of the request, the service in question, and any supporting documentation.
    • Our team will review the request and respond within five business days.
    • If eligible, the refund will be processed within fourteen business days using the original payment method.
  4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may not be refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations or advisory sessions.
    • Retainer Fees: Any retainer or advance payment for ongoing services is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
    • Government Filings: Fees related to tax filings or other government-required submissions are not refundable once submitted to the relevant authorities.
  5. Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding our services, we encourage clients to resolve the issue through direct communication. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration to settle the matter, rather than pursuing litigation.
  6. Changes to the Refund Policy
This refund policy is subject to change at the firm’s discretion. Any updates will be communicated to clients in writing, and the updated policy will apply to all future transactions.
